1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only aged 18 years or over, except employees of Tesco, The Tourism Authority of Thailand, Thai Airways, WestEast Travel, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw. 2. The closing date for entries is 30.06.08. 3. The winners of the Prize Draw will be drawn at random on 02.07.08. 4. There are 3 prizes to be won as detailed above. Each is a holiday for two to Thailand, including return flights from London Heathrow Airport and 8 nights accommodation (including transfers to and from the hotel/resort, two excursions and airport taxes). 5. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable or exchangeable. 6. All elements of the prize are subject to availability and if necessary a similar package may be substituted of equal or greater value. 7. The prizes are not available during July/August, December/January and over any period that would include a UK bank holiday. Full details will be provided at the time of notification of the prize winner. 8. Insurance is not included. Hotels are accommodation only unless otherwise stated. 9. The winner may be required to participate in publicity. 10. Events may occur that render the draw itself, or awarding the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and the customer agrees that no liability shall be attached to the Promoters as a result thereof. 11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this Prize Draw. 12.
